Our self-contained apartments are available in a variety of sizes, styles and bedding options to suit every guest. All Studio apartments offer a king sized bed, while all other apartments feature plush king zipper beds which enable the bedroom to have a choice of one king bed (KB) or two single beds (SB). Your preferred bedding configuration should be advised during your reservation.

Baby cots are available and must be reserved at time of reservation. Due to limited availability pre-bookings are essential.

We recently had an amazing stay for two nights in the Meriton on Kent Street. We originally booked a two bedroom apartment but upon check in were so lucky to be given an upgrade to the top floor in a three bedroom two level penthouse apartment which was just amazing!! Such a view! The girls were so excited to have their own room and their own TV. The facilities were fantastic too - the pool and spa, lobby, parking everything. My husband and I stayed at the Kent St apartment for 4 nites and 5 days. Our room was very comfortable and had a gr8 view.The location was spot on and central to all transport. We loved the darling Harbour and the ferries.I would recommend the accommadation to all my friends and if go back to sydney would stay there again.
The location was great! We loved our stay and all the amenities! The staff especially the two Tyson's at the front desk and Servio the concierge were very helpful and extremely accommodating! The apartment was clean, well stocked and the view was awesome! Thanks so much for making our trip fabulous! We enjoyed The Meriton and will recommend it highly to all our friends!!
It was like coming 'home' (having stayed here last year as well)...and we already know we'll be back next year. It's close to Darling Harbour (where our Conference was)...It only took us 5-10 mins to walk there each day. Also, we walked to Circular Quay (shopping along the way) - so the apartment is perfect for us being central to everything we needed. It was so lovely and clean too (and we're both rather fussy when it comes to cleanliness!)...We felt very relaxed and comfortable in our 'home away from home'. After long days at our wonderful conference, we fell into our comfy, clean beds and slept very well indeed!! The reception staff were efficient and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this place...It's excellent!!

Housekeeping Service

Daily housekeeping service to all apartments, which includes a Bi-weekly full housekeeping service (twice within 7 days) and a daily re-fresh on all other days.

A Daily re-fresh includes all beds made, light service and used towels replaced.


Car spaces cannot be pre-booked at time of reservation. Car spaces are on a first come, first serve basis upon arrival at Meriton Serviced Apartments Kent Street. On the rare occasion that parking is not available, hotel staff will advise an alternate location for parking your vehicle.

Under cover car parking is available at $38.50 per vehicle per night for Meriton Serviced Apartments guests. The car park entrance is located on Kent Street. (First driveway on the right, after you turn off Liverpool Street).

Entry is on Kent Street accessed from Liverpool Street (Kent Street is a one-way street).

Our car-parking gate is a few meters on the right after you turn off Liverpool Street.

Drivers should approach the gates which will automatically open on approach. Once inside proceed down to the boom-gate operation and take a ticket.

Tickets can be validated at reception. There is no free or visitor parking. Guests can have their car park ticket validated for multiple entries during their stay - please ask reception during check-in.

24+ Hours $38.50 per day or part thereof.

$50.00 per car / per lost ticket.

Note: Street parking is limited and regularly patrolled. Meriton Serviced Apartments will not accept any responsibility or offer any payment or tariff reduction as a result of a parking infringement notice.

Maximum Vehicle Height = 2.0 Metres (6.2 Feet) Unfortunately, our car park is not designed for and cannot accommodate vehicles exceeding the maximum height restriction, extra-long vehicles, mini-buses, coaches &/or trucks. Please speak to the onsite staff prior to your arrival for further clarification.

Q. Do I receive free internet with my booking?

A. Yes. All Meriton Serviced Apartment locations offer guests complimentary High-Speed internet in your apartment and hotel shared areas.

Q. What if I cancel my reservation will I be charged?

A. Our general cancellation policy for bookings made direct on our website ( or via our reservations team is no penalty if cancelled prior to 12 Noon the day prior to your arrival. However some rates have different policies and some special event periods, have a no cancellation policy.

Q. How many guests does my apartment sleep?

A. Each apartment has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding.
Studio / SOHO / CUBE / 1-Bedroom = 2 Guests
2-Bedroom = 4 Guests
3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 6 Guests

Q. Is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

A. Yes. All visitors must leave by 11pm. Maximum number of visitors per apartment is;
Studio / Executive / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
2-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
3-Bedroom / Skyhome = 4 Visitors

Q. Do you provide restaurant facilities?

A. Unfortunately all Meriton Serviced Apartment locations do not. However in your apartment compendium there is a list and menu options from our preferred local restaurants, which are happy to deliver to your apartment.

Q. What if I arrive early at the hotel can I check-in?

A. You can arrive prior to 2pm (check-in time), if you have a car you can use the car park and reception can arrange luggage storage until your apartment is ready. Our recreational facilities are also available for your use at any time before check-in.

Q. What time is check-out?

A. Our Check-out time is 10am , unless you have pre-booked with reservations a relaxed check-out (until 1pm) at $60. Please Note: SkyHomes cannot be booked with a relaxed check-out.

Q. Can reception store my luggage after check-out?

A. Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return

Q. Can I book a car parking spot?

A. Car parking cannot be pre-arranged or reserved, it’s on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event the car park is full; our reception staff will help find alternate arrangements.

Q. Can I extend my booking?

A. Yes. If you extend your in-house booking, your original apartment key/s and car parking pass will stop working on your original departure date. Reception will need to reprogram them for you so you are not inconvenienced.

Q. If I need to exit and re-enter the car park will I be charged both times?

A. Reception can validate your ticket for the duration of your stay. This ticket will allow you to come and go as you like for your full stay. The ticket is for one car only; and must be used in and out in a consecutive order to remain valid.
