These luxury oversized apartments were built for living not just sleeping. With a variety of apartment styles and bedding options available to suit your every need.

Our self-contained apartments are available in a variety of sizes, styles and bedding options to suit every guest. All Studio apartments offer a king sized bed, while all other apartments feature plush king zipper beds which enable the bedroom to have a choice of one king bed (KB) or two single beds (SB). Your preferred bedding configuration should be advised during your reservation.

Baby cots are available and must be reserved at time of reservation. Due to limited availability pre-bookings are essential.




Explore

The Lane Cove National Park is the perfect day out with the family and only located 10 minutes’ drive away. With plenty of areas to enjoy a picnic lunch including; picnic tables, barbecues, children’s play equipment and flat grassy areas to sit and relax. For the more energetic type you can hit the walking tracks to explore nature in its home, hire a boat and row along the river or pack your bike to cycle the park.

The Macquarie Shopping Centre is located within a short walk from your doorstep and contains 250 retail stores over four levels including Woolworths, Myer department store, Target, BIG W, JB Hi-Fi, Event Cinemas and an ice rink.

Local transport is in abundance with the Macquarie University train station a 10 minute walk away which can take you direct to Sydney’s CBD allowing you to explore some of Australia’s most iconic landmarks.

The most comfortable and well equipped apartment I have ever stayed at. Everything was pristine and clean. The architectural thought in planning these apartments is brilliant even down to the door opening selection of the lifts. It was a challenge to find something to comment on. All I found missing was a program of the free Foxtel channels. With the growth and expansion of Meriton, a Visitor Loyalty Program would be a good option. -Alan

Housekeeping Service

Daily housekeeping service to all apartments, which includes a Bi-weekly full housekeeping service (twice within 7 days) and a daily re-fresh on all other days.

A Daily re-fresh includes all beds made, light service and used towels replaced.


Parking

Car spaces cannot be pre-booked at time of reservation. Car spaces are on a first come, first serve basis upon arrival at Meriton Serviced Apartments North Ryde. On the rare occasion that parking is not available, hotel staff will advise an alternate location for parking your vehicle.

Guests are welcome to park their vehicle in the car park prior to check in on the day of arrival.

When entering the hotel driveway, drivers will need to keep left side and stop at the intercom. Once at the intercom drivers will need to press 999 and inform reception that you have a reservation and require parking. Reception will then open the car park gates.

Once you have parked your car please proceed to reception where you will be issued with a car park pass. The pass can be validated for multiple entries during you stay - please ask reception during check-in if you require this service.

Note: The car park pass is only required for entry access as the car park exit gates are on a loop sensor and will open automatically.

Parking is available at $20.00 per vehicle, per night.

Relaxed check-out is $60 per apartment and allows you to stay in your room until 1pm on the day of your check-out. Requests for a relaxed check-out whilst you are in your room at any of Meriton Serviced Apartments locations will be charged at $50 per hour/per apartment.

Q. Do I receive free internet with my booking?

A. Yes. All Meriton Serviced Apartment locations offer guests complimentary High-Speed internet in your apartment and hotel shared areas.


Q. What if I cancel my reservation will I be charged?

A. Our general cancellation policy for bookings made direct on our website (www.meritonapartments.com.au) or via our reservations team is no penalty if cancelled prior to 12 Noon the day prior to your arrival. However some rates have different policies and some special event periods, have a no cancellation policy.


Q. How many guests does my apartment sleep?

A. Each apartment has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding.
Studio / SOHO / CUBE / 1-Bedroom = 2 Guests
2-Bedroom = 4 Guests
3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 6 Guests


Q. Is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

A. Yes. All visitors must leave by 11pm. Maximum number of visitors per apartment is;
Studio / Executive / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
2-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
3-Bedroom / Skyhome = 4 Visitors


Q. Do you provide restaurant facilities?

A. Unfortunately all Meriton Serviced Apartment locations do not. However in your apartment compendium there is a list and menu options from our preferred local restaurants. We have also partnered with Delivery Hero enabling you to easily order takeaway and delivery food direct from your computer or portable device.
Lunch and dinner orders can be placed through Delivery Hero’s website. Go to http://www.deliveryhero.com.au/ to see the restaurants delivering to your room and browse their menus and reviews. This service is available daily.
Breakfast is also available; however it is strongly recommended that you preorder your breakfast the evening before to avoid disappointment. Breakfast service is only available Monday to Friday.


Q. What if I arrive early at the hotel can I check-in?

A. You can arrive prior to 2pm (check-in time), if you have a car you can use the car park and reception can arrange luggage storage until your apartment is ready. Our recreational facilities are also available for your use at any time before check-in.


Q. What time is check-out?

A. Our Check-out time is 10am , unless you have pre-booked with reservations a relaxed check-out (until 1pm) at $60. Please Note: SkyHomes cannot be booked with a relaxed check-out.


Q. Can reception store my luggage after check-out?

A. Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return

Q. Can I book a car parking spot?

A. Car parking cannot be pre-arranged or reserved, it’s on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event the car park is full; our reception staff will help find alternate arrangements.

Q. Can I extend my booking?

A. Yes. If you extend your in-house booking, your original apartment key/s and car parking pass will stop working on your original departure date. Reception will need to reprogram them for you so you are not inconvenienced.

Q. If I need to exit and re-enter the car park will I be charged both times?

A. Reception can validate your ticket for the duration of your stay. This ticket will allow you to come and go as you like for your full stay. The ticket is for one car only; and must be used in and out in a consecutive order to remain valid.
