Our self-contained apartments are available in a variety of sizes, styles and bedding options to suit every guest. Each bedroom features a plush king sized (KB) bed which unzips into two single (SB) beds. Your preferred bedding configuration should be advised during your reservation.

Baby cots are available and must be reserved at time of reservation. Due to limited availability pre-bookings are essential.

This 2 bedroom apartment had wow factor! Very spacious and comfortably furnished and with amazing views over Darling Harbour and beyond. Check in service was very efficient and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced for the CBD. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment for my little sisters hens night and it was absolutely spectacular. We were given room 6908 which has the most wonderful views of Sydney all uninterrupted by any other building and the room took everyone's breath away. The service was amazing, the staff are super friendly - I will most definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel. Great experience and a must for anyone looking to go above and beyond to impress.

From my very first contact with the lovely Johnathon (who ensured we had great views) we were so pleasantly delighted with everything about your hotel and staff. The rooms are massive, modern, pristine and well catered for. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to one and all. Wow,what a wonderfull start to our holiday.Unfortunately we were only able to stay in our beautiful apartment one night as we were leaving Sydney the next morning on a cruise to NZ.We will definitely be planning another stay at the World Towers Sydney in the future for two or more nights,coming from the country town of Orange we always like to have somewhere special to stay when in the city and we have found it.Until our next stay which will hopefully be later in the year......Thankyou
Main Room airconditioner a bit noisy, but did not need to use it vey often so it wasn't a problem. Location was excellent, close to good public transport, shops and within walking distance of Sydney Harbour if you don't mind a bit of walking exercise. Previousily had stayed ay Quest Apartments, but would definitely consider Meriton Apartments in the any future holiday travel.

Housekeeping Service

Daily housekeeping service to all apartments, which includes a Bi-weekly full housekeeping service (twice within 7 days) and a daily re-fresh on all other days.

A Daily re-fresh includes all beds made, light service and used towels replaced.


Car spaces cannot be pre-booked at time of reservation. Car spaces are on a first come, first serve basis upon arrival at Meriton Serviced Apartments World Tower. On the rare occasion that parking is not available, hotel staff will advise an alternate location for parking your vehicle.

Limited undercover car parking is available at $45.00 per vehicle per night.

(Between George & Pitt Streets).
The car park entrance is located on the corner of George and Goulburn Street. Enter the car park heading south along George Street and turn left into Goulburn Street. Immediately on your left is the car park entry (World Square Car Park). Approach the boom gate and take a ticket.


Proceed down the first ramp where you will see a large yellow gate marked 'World Tower', DO NOT TURN RIGHT. Approach the gate and press the intercom to announce your arrival to the reception desk staff.

Maximum Vehicle Height = 2.0 Metres (6.6 Feet)
A $45 per day charge applies for all Meriton Serviced Apartments guests parking.
Meriton Serviced Apartments guest parking, is on Level 7 inside our gates.
Parking outside our gates will be charged by Secure Parking at their public rates.
Lost entry or exit passes will incur a maximum fee of $84+ payable direct to Secure Parking.

Q. What if I arrive early at the hotel can I check-in?

A. You can arrive prior to 2pm (check-in time), if you have a car you can use the car park and reception can arrange luggage storage until your apartment is ready. Our recreational facilities are also available for your use at any time before check-in.

Q. What time is check-out?

A. Our Check-out time is 10am , unless you have pre-booked with reservations a relaxed check-out (until 1pm) at $60. Please Note: SkyHomes cannot be booked with a relaxed check-out.

Q. Can reception store my luggage after check-out?

A. Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return.

Q. Can I book a car parking spot?

A. Car parking cannot be pre-arranged or reserved, it’s on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event the car park is full; our reception staff will help find alternate arrangements.

Q. Can I extend my booking?

A. Yes. If you extend your in-house booking, your original apartment key/s and car parking pass will stop working on your original departure date. Reception will need to reprogram them for you so you are not inconvenienced.

Q. If I need to exit and re-enter the car park will I be charged both times?

A. Reception can validate your ticket for the duration of your stay. This ticket will allow you to come and go as you like for your full stay. The ticket is for one car only; and must be used in and out in a consecutive order to remain valid.

Q. Do I receive free internet with my booking?

A. Yes. All Meriton Serviced Apartment locations offer guests complimentary High-Speed internet in your apartment and hotel shared areas.

Q. What if I cancel my reservation will I be charged?

A. Our general cancellation policy for bookings made direct on our website ( or via our reservations team is no penalty if cancelled prior to 12 Noon the day prior to your arrival. However some rates have different policies and some special event periods, have a no cancellation policy.

Q. How many guests does my apartment sleep?

A. Each apartment has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding.
Studio / SOHO / CUBE / 1-Bedroom = 2 Guests
2-Bedroom = 4 Guests
3-Bedroom / Penthouse = 6 Guests

Q. Is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

A. Yes. All visitors must leave by 11pm. Maximum number of visitors per apartment is;
Studio / Executive / Standard / 1-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
2-Bedroom = 2 Visitors
3-Bedroom / Skyhome = 4 Visitors

Q. Do you provide restaurant facilities?

A. Unfortunately all Meriton Serviced Apartment locations do not. However in your apartment compendium there is a list and menu options from our preferred local restaurants, which are happy to deliver to your apartment.
